Dispatch & Delivery
- Most orders are dispatched within 24 hours of being placed (excluding weekends).
- Metro delivery typically takes 2–4 business days.
- Regional and remote areas may take 5–10 business days.
- Tracking information will be sent to your email as soon as your order is on its way.
Shipping Costs
- Free shipping on all orders over A$130.
- A flat-rate shipping fee applies to orders below the threshold, calculated at checkout.
Discreet Packaging
Every order is shipped in completely plain, secondary packaging. There are no branding, product names, or logos on the outside of the box or satchel. Your privacy is guaranteed.
Returns & Replacements
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. To be eligible for a replacement or refund, items must be unopened and in their original packaging. For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened vaping products.
